Artistschair.com does not screen individuals who access this database and makes no representations as to the character of individuals who may contact talent. Artistschair.com will not be held responsible for the consequences of any contract or interaction you have with such individuals.
We are not responsible for the use made of content by third parties who access such profiles while they are in our searchable database; however, the portions of your profile (not your contact information) that are automatically made public are accessible to anyone who uses the artistschair.com web site. You may remove your profile(s) from our database or delete your membership account from artistschair.com at any time; however, parties who have accessed the database may have retained a copy of your profile(s) in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes or profiles in these instances.
Artistschair.com uses "cookies" to help personalize and maximize your experience and time online. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard drive by a web page server. Cookies are not used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to your computer and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

The "Remember my e-mail address" checkbox can be cleared at any time. If you do not choose to have the site remember your e-mail address the cookie will be deleted as soon as you log out of your account. Updating Your Information
You may review, correct, update, or change your artistschair.com member account information and content of profiles at any time. Simply log into your artistschair.com member account or talent profiles, review your information and, if you wish, edit it with the options provided.
If you elect to receive specific member alerts, such as events hosted by artistschair.com, discount offers, contests, and giveaways sponsored by artistschair.com, media and event appearances offered by artistschair.com, general employment and audition opportunities, or other communications from artistschair.com at the time of registering but subsequently change your mind, you may opt-out by editing your member profile as described above. If you previously opted not to receive such communications, you may later opt-in by editing your member profile.
Artistschair.com has implemented certain technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure; however, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.
Artists Under 18 Years of Age
Artistschair.com does not allow individuals under 18 years of age to create a member account and profile without the consent and listing of a legal guardian.
